The Sr. UX Architect plays a pivotal role in shaping the user experience at Storytell.ai. They lead all facets of the user-centered design process—from conceptualizing and defining to testing experiences. Their expertise encompasses facilitating workshops, conducting usability tests, prototyping low-fidelity designs, creating comprehensive UX documentation, and articulating UX recommendations with a strong foundation in human-centered design (HCD) principles. Translate product vision into detailed user flows, screens, and responsive designs that cater to all screen sizes.
Document clear, detailed requirements for developers, ensuring efficient handovers.
Apply human-centered design principles to turn user pain points into delightful experiences.
Participate in user feedback sessions to refine the product based on real-world use.
Foster an environment rooted in principles of clean communication.
Minimum 10 years of UX experience.
Proficiency in Figma, with a keen understanding of components, variables, and principles of atomic design.
Demonstrable expertise in using human-centered design principles to craft solutions for all screen sizes.
Familiarity with agile development environments.
Appreciation for simplicity, best practices, and an eye for design.
Ability to juggle multiple projects efficiently while respecting the diversity of human rhythms.
The Ideal Candidate:
A degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
