More Detailed Topics! + Action Items & Filler Word Count

One of you asked for source text to be formatted — here it is! 🚀 We shipped this feature last night. Source text now looks like this:

“Topics discussed” now has TL;DRs!
Several of you all shared a desire for a more “accordion” style inspection of the content — from “major topic points” discussed, all the way down into the ground-truth transcript level of the actual conversation). We’re working towards that! The first step is to provide a better topic list + topic TL;DRs, which we’ve now shipped! “Topics discussed” now look like this, with two sentences describing them:

We’ve got a very-beta feature where we’re pulling out action items from the text. We’d love to know how accurate/valuable this is for you.

Filler words!
Who’s ever heard of Toastmasters?! We’re huge fans, and one of the great things Toastmasters helps people do is improve their public speaking. One of the ways they do that is by counting “filler” words that people use in a speech. We’re bringing that concept to Storytell by highlighting filler words used, to help participants become aware of them. Let us know what you think!
