- ↳ Engineering Demos & UpdatesHey users, another productive week for our engineering team delivering both frontend and backend improvements. Get the details on these updates by viewing our demo videos. We'd love to hear your feedback, so please keep it coming! 1. Storytell V2's front-end enhancement introduces workstream, a minimizable navigation panel, content viewing in grid or table formats, a functional chat window with adjustable overlay options, and UI state retention through cookies for a consistent user experience. 2. Visual Story Tiles™ are now in SmartChat™, enhancing user interaction by directly embedding and displaying videos within the reference panel, allowing you to view source content without navigating away from the chat interface. 3. Assistant API calls will now efficiently store CSV reports with OpenAI and on local servers, utilizing an assistant file ID for quick retrieval, while the new chat bubble link offers immediate access to documentation on analytics mode. 4. The upcoming Storytell V2 update features enhanced 'view all' buttons, modals adjusted for optimal fit, and optimized chat bubble interactions, all designed to minimize browser reflow, thus boosting the platform's performance and user experience.
- ↳ Use case: Content + SocialCreating a voice doc is like mapping the DNA of your brand's communication style. Here's a step-by-step guide on how I composed an email in the style of a pirate's voice: 1. To begin, head over to SmartChat™ and select 'World's Knowledge' to start a conversation with our foundational LLMs. 2. Paste in this prompt on the chat box to create your voice doc: A "voice" document is a way to describe the writing style based on all the content here. When creating a "voice" document, use the concept of "over statements". An "over statement" is one good thing over another good thing. For example, if the content is humorous, the over statement might be "Humorous over Intellectual". Create a "voice" document using "over statements" in a Markdown table, with each row being a different "over statement" in bold in the first column, followed by a 100-word summary detailing why that over statement was chosen in the second column. In the third column, give an example from the body of work to support the conclusion in column one. 3. Once you've set up your voice doc, use this prompt to put the voice doc you want to use: This is the [name of individual or company] voice: [insert voice doc]. Next you will rewrite the content I share in the "[name of individual or company] voice". Respond with "I am ready to re-write in the [name of individual or company] voice." At this stage, I used a 'Talk Like a Pirate' article I found online to use as a voice doc. 4.
