If you encounter a bug with the Storytell Chrome extension, you can follow these steps to report the bug to the extension's support team:
1. Click on the Storytell Chrome extension icon in the top right corner of your browser.
2. Click on the hamburger button and click on Submit a feature request or bug button.
3. Log in to our forum and fill out the bug report form with as much detail as possible, including
the steps to reproduce the bug
the browser and operating system you are using
any error messages you received
the version number of the chrome extension
the content you were running Storytell on
the Storytell report
4. Click on the Submit button to send the bug report to the support team.
Alternatively, you can visit the Storytell Playground workspace in Slack and submit a bug report there.
