Description of the Process
We use ProductBoard to capture all user feedback. CX Team tags all the user feedback to help engineering team to understand what types of insights it is about. Here are the tags we use:
Performance and Latency
We also set up a set of regular meetings to ensure all the feedbacks are digested. This includes:
1. A regular work lunch for Monday for CX and Eng team to chat about everything CX team learned in the past week.
2. Eng team will have a weekly meeting to digest user feedback related to the product in the past week. It will digest feedback from 1) Work lunch, 2) ProductBoard, and create new tasks to the eng sprint planning board
