We’re really needing someone who can execute on the strategy (and is very welcome to contribute to the strategy as well!). Our big focus at the moment is gathering as much feedback as possible from users to influence our product roadmap. Depth of curiosity and also analytical skills to build or purchase the right tooling internally are some qualities I would highlight.
