Back in Tahoe, at our Storytell user+company offsite in December 2022 we gathered together in a hot tub and set an "uncomfortably unachievable" goal for ourselves:
By March of 2023 we would:
Have hired for all our initial open positions (Backend/ML engineer, Fullstack engineer, Rapid Prototyping engineer and Customer Experience lead)
Consistently be growing our NSM by more than 5% per week
All be together on the beach watching a sunset -- by a fire if possible.
And we did it -- we hired an incredible Crew and had an incredible Rapid Prototyping User event in San Diego with our Crew.
In fact, we knocked the NSM out of the park: Our NSM at the Tahoe offsite was 0.63. At 5% weekly growth through March, that would've meant an NSM of 1.13. Instead, our NSM rose to 236.

And we set a new goal for the summer of 2023... stay tuned for more.
