Hey, @Tara Raj! Here's how I usually tackle this; it's a bit of a workaround, but it does the trick. Since Slack doesn't have a direct export conversation feature, I simply copy the Slack thread and feed it directly into Storytell as text. Alternatively, you can paste all the Slack conversations into a PDF file and then upload it to Storytell. You can then group all the Slack conversations by creating tags (here's how) and then chat with all of them simultaneously.For the data dump, you can download these files and upload them directly to Storytell.
