Storytell.ai How to activate Chrome extension?

Hi, I just installed the extension in Chrome but after pinned I click it and dosent start or opens anything. Please let me know if there is any extra step im missing ( Already have an account too). Thanks in advance.

Appreciate your feedback and happy to hear that you're finding the extension useful!

Could you share some URLs where the extension isn't opening? There are some known sites, such as a google docs, where it doesn't run, as well as images. But it should work on most of the internet, so if that's not the case, we're running into a bug. Definitely want to correct this to improve your experience!

Hi, Thanks for the reply. It seems to be working now, maybe it was something on my end. As an idea for the sites that are not suported yet, the extension can display a toast/popup or simple different state icon like: UnAvailable, available soon to let the users know thats not a bug and avoid frustration, also to genereate expectation and inform that in the near future these sites will be supported. Keep up the great work listening to the users, that speaks really well on the product user centered approach. :)

I started using it on youtube and found that: - If you use the same tab of the browser that was opened for youtube first and also logged in to storytell.ai you can access to the extension in other regular sites... comming from that original youtube tab.

I have an update, its opening in Youtube, not in other pages. Is it meant to work in other pages with just text? Thanks.

Thanks for the reply, that article is helpful but the issue is that the extension itself dosent open over the sites, it only opens when I go to youtube and continue browsing on that same tab. Maybe is an issue just on my end, but wanted to let you guys know, keep the great work! So far im finding the extension useful and interesting to explore.
