In July, we launched VirtualMe™ and VirtualWe™– we initially envisioned them as 24/7 accessible, personified data containers. But as we observed how you all (yes, you, our users) interacted with these products, we realized they were being used differently than we thought.
You've been using them to summarize multiple documents, extract insights, and analyze data. They've become dynamic containers for specific customers, a virtual gathering of all our users' data. It's been fascinating to watch, prompting us to rethink our approach.
As a result, we've decided to rebrand. We're moving away from the VirtualMe™ and VirtualWe™ names, which were tied to a specific use case, and towards language that better represents how you use the product. We're excited about this change and believe it will make our product more intuitive and user-friendly.
We’ll be introducing the new name & approach for VirtualMe™ soon – we can’t wait to tell you more about the new functionality we’re introducing around it!
We're grateful for your feedback and patience as we continue to evolve and improve.
