We’ve noticed that people are chatting less in our Chrome extension and clicking less frequently on our Storytell summaries and Story Tiles™ — our guess is based on how we’ve changed the UI, so we will change it back to how it was previously.
Can you speak to what keeps you from chatting in the Chrome extension?
How about what keeps you from clicking on the link to the reports? Or Story Tiles™?

I need to I interact with content only a small percentage of the time when using my browser. The extension runs on too many pages where it is not needed. Also for me the most value was using storytell on content that is not on a web page that works with the extension. My own videos or meeting transcripts for example vs those on YouTube. In a corporate environment adding browser extensions is restricted by technology teams.
