First: what's a tag?
You can think of a tag as a container to hold whatever data you want to better understand. For instance, we've created a tag for each of our core users so everyone in our company can better understand each individual power user.
Second: what's a grouping?
We've also created what we call a "grouping," which is a group of tags. In this case, we created a grouping called "project puppy," which includes all the core users so we can understand them as a whole.
Two ways to create tags:
I. Create tags while your content is uploading
1. Begin by uploading your content to SmartChat™
2. Add custom tags to your content by clicking the + Add a new tag button below the processing bar.
3. When you click on the uploaded content, you'll see the tag you added. This is where you can also add preexisting tags. On our roadmap: being able to. add preexisting tags while you upload content.
II. Add tags on My Knowledge tab
