1. Access SmartChat™ by going to storytell.ai and then to your "Dashboard".
2. If you have already logged in, you should see the following interface. You can click My Knowledge to see all the content you have uploaded or ingested.
3. Click on the Upload Knowledge button.
4. There are multiple ways to upload knowledge:
a. Use the upload field to upload PDFs, text, MP3, MP4, webm, and ZIP files.
b. Upload your sanitized content from Sparkle.ai.
c. Use the text box to upload text inputs.
d. Use our Chrome extension to upload web content.
Note: While your content is uploading, you can create tags and chnage your privacy settings.
5. Once the upload is complete, you will be able to chat with it, manage your tags, delete or set your privacy preferences.
