1. Check the #storytell-forum-notification channel in Slack
a. Any notifications (thread) with 👍 from CX Team should be posted on Socials the same day (within an hour)
2. Create a content card on the Storytell Marketing Board for the Storytell forum post
a. To create a new card, put a 🔥 emoji to the forum thread like this:
b. Once a card is created, tag the card as P1 - 🔥Storytell Forum (Same Day)
3. Use the Storytell forum post to create Social Posts:
a. LinkedIn (see example below)
b. Twitter
c. YouTube
(1) Upload the video on YouTube
(2) Add a description to the video
(3) Make sure to add the summary of the forum post like this, and add some relevant links:
d. TikTok
(1) Add a caption, including the summary from the forum posts
(2) Add relevant hashtags (#rapidprotyping; #ai; #chatGPT, etc.)
e. Facebook
d. Submit content to HackerNews
Note: To get the submission URL of Hackernews:
(1) Go to https://news.ycombinator.com/newest
(2) Click the time you submmited the content like this
4. Add the URL of the social posts in the Content Card
a. Go to the Storytell Content Marketing Board
b. Open the content card and add the URL of each post to its specific properties like this:
5. Notify Founders & CX Team that you have already published the content on Socials
a. Go to #storytell-forum-notification channel in Slack
b. Look for the Forum Post and reply to the thread like this:
