At Storytell, our users are the heart and soul of everything we do! We firmly believe that user insights are like the secret sauce that makes our products shine. Just like Erika Anderson - CCO of Storytell, would always say, "we put users at the center of everything we do," And boy, does it make a world of difference!
And this remained true during the recent Storytell’s bimonthly User Group. Erika, along with the Storytell Crew, gathered together with our amazing users to dive deep into their experiences with the Storytell dashboard.

What users really think about our dashboard
We were delighted to see so many enthusiastic users ready to share their thoughts and ideas. During the User Group session, Erika took the lead, encouraging our users to explore the dashboard freely and express any roadblocks they might encounter.Â
One user, expressed how interesting it is to have a dashboard that now allows her to "track back my previous conversation" and reports on Storytell.
Another user was curious about the security of documents uploaded to our platform, which our CTO, Jing Conan, swiftly answered and provided crystal-clear clarity ensuring that "the data, anything that flows in our system, that's all encrypted environment."
But that's not all - we received a treasure trove of ideas from another user. They wished for a feature that would allow them to save or bookmark reports generated from Storytell and access them easily on the dashboard. We thought, "Hey, that's a fantastic idea! Well, guess what? We're on it!"
The same user also pointed out another suggestion - the option for multiple selections when deleting previous reports. They spoke about usability and making it effortless to tidy up your history.
The feedback we receive during these sessions is like gold to us. It's your ideas and suggestions that make our products better and more accessible.
So, if you've got some ideas brewing, let us know! Explore the Storytell dashboard, play around with the features, and let us know what you think in the comments below!
