We're reaching out with a mix of emotions, as we have some news to share about our User Group sessions.
First, let's kick things off with a huge virtual group hug! 🤗 We can't express just how much your support and feedback have meant to us over the past couple of months. Seriously, you folks have been a great help in improving our product!
Here's a quick look at some of the changes we've implemented from our user group sessions:
Our regular, Olga Ivanova, wanted to translate her files from Russian to English. Guess what? We made it happen a week after her request!
Shamshad Shaukat had some specific requests, which we were more than happy to accommodate.
As a result, the Storytell Chrome extension no longer runs automatically, and we've introduced enterprise-grade AI to help our users extract maximum value from their knowledge.
Tara Raj came up with a brilliant suggestion to enhance our user group sessions. She proposed providing a preview of the meeting agenda in advance. So, we did just that!
Now, here comes the newsflash: We're taking a break from our User Group sessions. While our current setup is taking a pause, we want you to know that this change doesn't diminish the awesome impact you've had on Storytell.
This also doesn't mean that we'll stop putting you, our Users, at the core of what we're building at Storytell. We'll never falter in making sure you have even more opportunities to help us steer the ship in the right direction.
Before we wrap this up, we wanted to express our heartfelt gratitude for being the heartbeat of our User Group sessions, whether you've joined us in-person or virtually. You've made us smile, learn, and sparked great ideas and motivation for us to keep improving Storytell.ai. Here's to more good times ahead!
